GST audit
A copy of the audited yearly accounts and a reconciliation statement certified by a chartered accountant must be sent with the annual return in Form GSTR-9 C by any registered person who is required to have his accounts audited under sub-section (5) of section 35.
Many mistakes may have been made when filing GST returns in the early days of the tax's implementation, and these should be fixed before completing an annual return and reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9 C.
Before completing the yearly return and reconciliation statement in Form GSTR-9 C, our specialized GST Team can detect typical problems and potential remedies. They also comprehend a variety of practical challenges.
Services:
- Filing and preparation of annual return
- creation of a reconciliation statement in compliance with the GST Law between the annual return and the books of accounts
- Following the law when auditing the books of accounts
- Reconciliation statement certification in compliance with the law

GST representation & litigation
In accordance with section 116(1) of the GST Act, 2017, anyone who is required or entitled to appear before a GST officer appointed under the Act, the Appellate Authority, or the Appellate Tribunal in connection with any proceedings under the Act may do so through an authorized representative, subject to the other provisions, unless they are required to appear in person for examination on oath or affirmation.
The following individuals may be designated as authorized representatives, or those permitted by the individual to appear on the individual's behalf, in accordance with section 116(2) of the GST Act, 2017:

Advance ruling
The question on which the advance rule is sought may be stated in an application submitted to the authority by an applicant who wishes to receive one. In general, the applicant can contact the authority to classify any commodities or services, or both, to find out if they are eligible for an input tax credit for taxes paid, whether they need to be registered, or to inquire about proposed or actual transactions.
Services:
- By examining every transaction, we assist the applicant in deciding whether to seek for approval.
- We represent the applicant before the authority.
- We help the applicant submit their application.
- We assist the applicant in preparing the required paperwork.
Refund GST advisory & opinions

The process of a refund claim includes the following procedure:
- Filing of online refund application
- Provide a method for creating the paperwork required to prepare a refund claim.
- Enhance the current system to provide the required documents.
- Helping to collect all supporting documentation
- Preparation of necessary pre-documentation like annexure-A as required by law
- Identification of missing credit is part of the reconciliation between the ITC claimed and the ITC shown in GSTR-2A.
- Continuous follow up with the authorities to grant refund claim
